擁有法律人的完整履歷,卻不想當法律人的貪吃鬼。台大法律系畢,曾至哈佛法學院攻讀法律碩士,一度以為自己會在國際大型律師事務所終老,卻發現自己的專長在於「吃」-尋吃、品吃、寫吃。熱衷於一切與飲食相關的事物。

泛科知識副總編輯暨美食加主編。大學主修現當代文學。以大量電影,英美影集,國內外音樂填飽自己。熱衷閱讀、思考、互聯網與嘗試新鮮事。偶爾作風老派,被歸類為學院派。

從小被祖母的料理養大,寵得一口挑嘴。吃不難,但吃什麼?很複雜。如果藝術是精神上的體驗,我想吃也是,從餐廳風格、食材、口味、乃至餐盤擺設都是體驗,唯有通過這樣的體驗,才把背後的文化、工法、精神與靈魂從舌尖與筆尖上傳達出來。
